90-DAY SMILE GUARANTEE

We want you to feel confident trying Velorista as part of your daily brushing routine.

If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we will help make it right with an approved replacement or full refund.

The guarantee applies to all eligible Velorista toothpaste orders and bundles, including opened products.

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Photos, when relevant to damaged, incorrect or defective items

No complicated forms are required.

WHAT’S COVERED

The 90-Day Smile Guarantee may cover:

  • The product does not meet your expectations
  • Quality issues or product defects
  • An item that arrives damaged
  • Missing items
  • An incorrect item received
  • A change of mind within 90 days of delivery

WHAT TO EXPECT

We review requests as quickly as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, an approved claim may receive:

  • A replacement
  • A full refund to the original payment method

Claims approved under the 90-Day Smile Guarantee do not require the product to be returned.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time.

  2. Include your order number and tell us what happened
  3. Provide photos when relevant
  4. Receive confirmation of your approved replacement or refund

You will not be required to ship used toothpaste back to us.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

When an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or is missing an item:

We will arrange an approved replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

PRODUCT-USAGE GUIDANCE

For normal daily use:

  • Apply a pea-sized amount to your toothbrush
  • Brush thoroughly twice daily
  • Spit after brushing
  • Do not swallow
  • Store the tube closed in a cool, dry place
  • Follow the directions printed on the product packaging

Stop using the product if irritation or discomfort occurs. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and contact a dental professional if discomfort continues.

DENTAL-CARE NOTE

Velorista toothpaste is intended for daily brushing as part of a regular oral-care routine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent cavities, gum disease or other dental conditions.

People with active dental concerns should seek advice from a qualified dental professional. When your dentist has recommended fluoride, ask them whether a fluoride-free toothpaste is appropriate for your routine.

FAIR-USE POLICY

We reserve the right to decline claims involving suspected fraud, abuse, repeated misuse of the guarantee or purchases made for resale.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
